How to become healthier


Today I'm going to talk about another topic, about how to become healthier. Maybe you are thinking, "Why?" and it's because it is the most important in your life, and you need to be healthier.

I think that the most important is having a healthy diet with vegetables, fruit and fish or meat, because this kind of food has a lot of benefits for your body and increases your health. Well, you can eat a hamburger or a cake once or twice times a month,  but if you eat every day, probably in the future you will have health problems or illnesses. This should be with exercises, if I were you, I would have a walk for 30min. every day to become stronger. And you should sleep 7 or 8 hours every night. You need a good physical state for resist all the day. If you have problems to fall sleep I recommend you to do exercise before and go to bed tired, maybe is easier for you to fall sleep. I always do that and I sleep better. Maybe making a timetable helps you to organize your sleeping hours and your exercise time.

In addition, drinking water is another important thing for your healthy habits. You need to drink 2liters of water every day, and if you drink more, that could be better for you. And another advice, is not drink too much alcohol or smoke, especially  teenagers, and for the others coffee. This would be worst for your organs. I didn't say not to drink or smoke, I only said that not too much, you can do it, but not 5 or 6 beers every night or 3 coffees every day because of the caffeine.

This is all my advice, I hope that you change your customs for this healthy habits.
